1. Hanoi

5. Mu Cang Chai

If you are a photographer or if you like to be in the nature, go to Mu Cang Chai . This region is famous for its spectacular landscapes and still wild. 6. Ha Giang

It is a preserved from mass tourism. Don’t miss the spectacular scenery of Dong Van Geological Park, a member of the Global Network of Geoparks. This is a very wild region formed by limestone peaks and needles of black granite (known locally as “Stone Forest “ ).

You will have the opportunity to experience the traditional culture of ethnic minorities (Mong, Tay, Lolo, Pu Peo, Giay) and spend the night in a house on stilts. The village of Ha Thanh (Tay ) and palm houses is a typical example.

7 . Ba Be

The Ba Be Lake, located 145 m above sea level and covers 500 ha 20 to 30 meters deep and is surrounded by a national park famous for its many limestone peaks. This lake is ranked among the 20 largest in the world. Many tribes (Tay, Mong , Dao ) live on its banks. You can also visit other sites such as Lake Cave Hua Ma, Waterfalls Dau Dang Cave Puong, Ao Tien ( Fairy Pond ), or stay in the house on stilts to a Tay, lakeside village of Pac Ngoi .
